Need to return a shirt? Here’s how it works.
For online orders, tell us within 14 days after the day you receive or collect your shirt. You then have another 14 days to send it back.
How do I return an order?
Email ryan@affsidestore.com with your order number and a clear statement that you want to cancel. You don’t need to give a reason or use a particular form.
Your cancellation takes effect when you tell us; it does not depend on approval. Contact us within the 14-day cancellation period, then send the shirt back within the following 14 days. We’ll provide the address and return instructions.
What condition should the shirt be in?
You can inspect and try it on as you would in a shop. Please return it in the condition received, unwashed and without additional wear, with any original tags still attached.
We may reduce a refund for loss in value caused by handling beyond what’s needed to inspect the item. This does not limit your statutory rights.
Who pays for return postage?
You cover return postage if you change your mind. Pack the shirt securely and keep proof of posting.
We cover reasonable return postage if the item is faulty, incorrect or not as described. Email us first so we can arrange the appropriate return.
What if something is wrong with my order?
If your shirt is faulty, incorrect or not as described, or you have an authenticity concern, email us with your order number and details. Photos can help us resolve the issue.
Your statutory rights for these issues are not limited to the 14-day change-of-mind period.
When will I get my refund?
We refund your original payment method without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the shirt or evidence you’ve sent it back, whichever comes first.
If you cancel your whole order, we also refund the standard delivery charge you paid. Extra charges for an enhanced delivery service are not refunded for a change-of-mind cancellation. Once issued, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund.
